Created in june 2007 by Yves and Aida. Zombie on the guitar and Thomas on the drums (replaced by Benjamin) will join them later.
The line-up has changed several times before being the good one in february 2008, it’s Aida on the vocals, Yves on the bass, Vincenzo and Anthony on guitars and Jérémie on the drums. Furies is based in Saint Aubin (Florennes) in its rehearsal room in the middle of the countryside (the perfect place to play loud in fury).
The influences of the band are eclectic but metal oriented : Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica, Iced Earth, Deftones, SOAD, RATM, Guns, Slipknot, Dagoba, Caliban, Sepultura etc ...
After 3 months of composing and arranging, Furies went to the Noise Factory Studio in Namur to record their first opus “Mankind’s Biopsy”.
